Shipping Info: All the rates are for surface shipping, therefore no tracking number or insurance. Message us (ideally before ordering) if you want a tracking number, insurance or faster shipping service. We are not responsible for shipping delays or missing packages when items are sent by regular mail.

Canada orders should arrive within a few weeks.

US orders can sometimes take a month+ to arrive

Orders outside Canada or the US could take upwards of 3-4+ months to arrive. We have seen the biggest delays for orders sent to Australia and New Zealand.
Return Policy: If you want to return or exchange an item, write to us, and we'll do our best to figure something out for you. But keep in mind, that you would need to pay for shipping the item back to us, and shipping for the new item if it's an exchange.
